Our sentimental keepsake plaques are such a nice way to display your baby's hospital bracelet as well as have their birth details engraved. They are created from high quality plywood and are just the perfect addition to any room or even keepsake box. 

The sizes measure 17cm (W) x 14cm (H) . Select the acrylic colour of the first name 

PLEASE NOTE: As wood is a natural product, there may be minor imperfections and/or slight differences in colour. Depending of the nature of the image and its quality, image quality of the engraving will slighty differ.  

Hospital bands do slightly differ - so please let us know if you think the band you have will not fit.

Some acrylics may have some slight imperfections and/or scratches but this should not be considered a fault. Our products are individually handmade made, and therefore no two products are identical. The actual colour may vary due to variation in phone or computer display. Also, dark edges are a natural result of laser cutting.
